Compensation: Salary $42,000 year paid semi monthly at $1,750 on the 15^th and last day of month.

Monthly V-Auto Life Cycle Bonus

Objective: Enhance the speed that every vehicle is reconditioned, placed online, and prepared for the lot.

Time to vehicle Photos Added All new and used vehicles will be tracked by the following measures.

Snapshot will be taken on the last day of the month in v-AUTO but must be maintained throughout the month.

If 90% of Used Vehicles with minimum 4 photos earn $500 Monthly Bonus

If 90% of New Vehicles with minimum 5 photos earn $500 Monthly Bonus

All percentages will be tracked on the last business day of each month by the Business Analyst.

SUMMARY 

Ensures all new and used vehicles are properly displayed, merchandised, and described online and at the dealership accurately. Responsible for new car dealer trades, used car purchased pick up, and all processes for from vehicle acquisition to sales ready.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Logs used cars into V-Auto for display on company website and third-party affiliates in company assigned timeline.
• Ensures photos are uploaded to appropriately represent vehicle.
• Processes paperwork for used vehicles after acquisition at auction or via trade-in.
• Schedules drivers to pick up used vehicles within 24 hours of vehicle acquisition by buying center.
• Ensures all driver timecards are accurate.
• Ensures drives do not exceed a 30-hour average in a rolling 30 days.
• Responsible for interviewing and making all driver hiring decisions from candidates supplied by HR.
• Receives new car inventory list and assigns stock numbers in CDK for accounting/sales/service.
• Matches new car delivery with delivery list.
• Approves drivers’ petty cash after trips and attaches receipt to folders.
• Dispatch Drivers every morning
• Ensure Drivers are parking returned vehicles in designated spots that are logged on every folder and not in guest or employee parking areas.
• Check in all cars within the next business day that have been brought back by drivers the previous day completely filling out the vehicle checklist and folder.
• Deliver keys, V-Auto Appraisal, and complete body sheets to internal service advisor within 24 hours of drop off.
• Create used car folders including car fax, window sticker, FTC, and comparative set.
• Ensure proper communication between buying center, sales, and service teams.
• Collect all necessary paperwork, photos, and estimates for buying center as needed for arbitration.
• Responsible for merchandising, storing and rotating vehicle inventory under the direction of the sales team leaders.
• Process all wholesale vehicles including distribution to budget lot, wholesale paperwork, removing sold vehicles from V-Auto, and delivering paperwork to Finance Department for ADP Processing.
• Maintain organized and secure vehicle manual storage area.
• Ensure all new vehicles stocked in are properly moved to the lot and merchandised in partnership with the sales team leader.
• Add and delete all new car invoices on the shared server based on the unit stock in and sold daily reporting.
• Audit DMS new vehicle inventory.
• Provide weekly update to team leader on all vehicles 120 days old or more.
• Create vehicle descriptions outlining vehicle options and ensure high quality photos.
• Ensure all new and used vehicles online are priced daily. Notify team leader of any discrepancies.
• Locate and Execute Dealer Trades for sold vehicles.
• Receive inbound dealer trade requests through phone and e-mail.
• Complete all inbound and outbound trade paperwork.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Must obtain and maintain any certificates, licenses, and registrations as required by Dealership.
• Must maintain valid Driver's License that meets dealership insurability requirements.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to sit and stand without restrictions for 8-10-hour shift.
• Must be able to enter and exit all vehicles without restrictions.
• Must be able to navigate dealership campus.

Some light lifting (up to 15 pounds) may be required as needed.
